I consider myself more of a coach or teacher than a trainer. I teach clients lifestyle transformation through behavior modification and development of the mind-body connection. I merge several training techniques, which allows for lots of variety (so you never get bored!). I motivate and challenge clients to achieve their fitness and mental goals. My objective is to teach clients the most effective and efficient methods of training their specific body type to promote optimal change in body symmetry, body fat loss, while providing nutritional guidance to facilitate this process.

Get Fit in 40 Workout Classes
Held in Houston BC, every Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning at 9:15 am, Tuesday and Thursday at 7pm.
40 Minutes of challenging and fun exercises (done to music) guaranteed to work you hard and give you results!
For your convenience, you can pay online! A 4 Pass Card for $30 or a 10 Pass Card for $70.
Casual visits ($10) will be accepted at the door.

Personal Location Training
Gail will travel to offer her lifestyle transformation and personal training techniques. She can travel to you for a weekend or in certain situations for an extended period of time to educate and train groups or individuals on proper nutrition and healthy lifestyle transformation.
